Knowledgeable but bedside manner could be improved.
I've never been able to get through in this line. Voicemail only checked in the morning. Too late to get info. Can't text or email, only archaic fax which no one uses anymore. Frustrating.
She is absolutely terrible. No bedside manner. Very very rude. Dismissive. Made me feel like I wasted her time. STAY AWAY.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Brown-Maher today. It was wonderful. I never had to wait long at all to be seen. She was very kind, but also right to the point, which I liked. One of her nurses, Kayla, is a complete doll and just the sweetest thing. I am so happy I was referred there. It was an excellent experience right from the moment I entered the clinic to when I left.
