Why is it that no one answers the phone at a doctors office anymore? Tele-health was supposed to make it easier to get in touch with the doctor. i have been waiting for a week since i left a message for my child's prescription. I have even had the pharmacy email and reach out. This is not a one time occurrence, sadly this is the norm. My child requires a refill every month but i have to reach out every month to ask permission to get his medicine. Either answer the phones or stop making me call in a refill.
