The doctor is great but his billing staff are morons. They keep sending me bills for doctor's services. I call them and they say they submitted the claims to insurance, but when I call the insurance, the insurance tells me they have not received claims. The billing staff will not verify insurance info with me to see if they have the right insurance info. I am seriously thinking about not going back to this doctor because of the issues I am having with the billing staff.
Dr. Smith is the most caring pain management doctor I can imagine. He and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone suffering with pain.
Dr. Smith has helped me lower the joint pain. He listens and works with me to figure out the best route to take. I'd recommend him to anyone.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Smith and his staff. They are all amazing people who do such a fabulous job. Due to insurance changes the past two years I had to see other pain specialists. It was horrible. They were rude, and didn't care. Dr Smith makes the treatment so simple and easy and combined with the staff for me it's actually enjoyable. Charity
This doctor over books on appointments. Also was told that doctor is also doing rounds at the hospital. In my opinion do rounds before your scheduled appointments or after don't make patients wait for you. We are important too!
