My Mother In Law was seen today by Dr Prestera. We had a good experience, the front office was friendly, the person doing the exams was very patient and professional and caring, Dr Prestera himself was very good listener and calm! Thank you for your service today!!
I am writing this review (while still waiting) to express my disappointment regarding my recent appointment on 10/7/24. Despite scheduling an appointment for 10:30 AM, it's 11:30 and still i am not seen by doctor. This is not the first time I have experienced delays in appointments at this practice. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, consistent delays are frustrating and disrespectful to patients' time. I just came back from 8 am appointment without even seeing the doctor. A girl sitting at the front desk informed me that my Aetna insurance does not cover so I had to return home. What a waste of my time and ruining my day. What kind of practice they are having to the patient. They should have known whether I am covered or not when I make an appointment. In addition she should called me the fact she found out first time.
