I went for follow up at the Rim location. The Dr ordered an mri. The mri showed shoulder SLAP injury due to a fall at Diagnostic Outpatient Imaging Montana location. The tech left medical equipment out after bungling the mri,I had no idea he had not properly stored the equipment, he did not have an assistant and was rushing because he said he had an "earlier incident with a patient and was running late" on his quota. I came here to heal and that didn't happen for any pain I had they want to operate and now that I switched Dr's I'm definitely better. This place is a money pit they operated on me twice and I didn't get better and I express myself to the Dr who would get mad or feel offended when I would tell him.
I moved here from CA 5 years ago and have terrible experiences with dr’s staff, I’ve liked the Dr but have moved on due to staff, I went to Dr Natividad today and was pleasantly surprised, the staff is so friendly they make you feel at home as soon as you come in, I highly recommend the Dr and his staff
This place hands down awesome....from Debbie to Alex to Vanessa and of course to the doctor himself....I have never been treated as good as this place!!!! Attentive helpful caring badass people.....thank u guys for everything....my experience will never be forgotten
