I loved working with Dr. Dixon for my surgery. She had great communication, flexible location for surgery and post op appointments, and I can't complain about the results either. I highly recommend.
Very professional, prompt, friendly, very caring, excellent patient relations, excellent communication, very through explaining procedure & follow up.
Unfortunately, I was unavoidably detained by 10 minutes on the way to my first appointment with Dr. Dixon and since UC Ortho doesn’t have a direct phone number I was unable to inform them of my 10 minute delay. When I went to the front desk the receptionist relished the opportunity to informed me of the time and that I was late and would need to reschedule the appointment.
