Review for Francis Colon, a therapist in this office. Unpleasant experience over many sessions. Frequent last-minute cancellations with no accountability, and interactions often felt condescending. Therapy did not focus on the areas wanted to work on; instead, the approach felt overly experimental, lacked clear direction and diagnoses seemed to be made without sufficient explanation or supporting evidence.

Finding the right psychologist can feel overwhelming, but my experience with Dr. Ortega truly exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was going to be different.
