Terrible experience and awful office management. We scheduled an appointment using their online booking service (where THEY provide available appointment options) two months ahead of time, for our 14-month-old. Come the day of the appointment, we arrive to the office to find out our appointment has been CANCELED with absolutely no notice to us, and had been canceled only TWO DAYS after we scheduled it--meaning we waited for this appointment for months while we could have been seeing other providers during that time. My boys love Dr. Mcherron and their staff! Dr. Mcherron is absolutely wonderful, patient, and kind with his patients and their parents. We followed him from Anderson, and now have a 40 minute drive, but he’s well worth it!
Dr. Mcherron is by far one of the most gentle, kind, helpful, and NON JUDGEMENTAL doctors, regardless of the situation. His natural ability to make you feel welcomed and cared for is exceptional and very much appreciated. My children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in his hands after every single visit. I have 5 children so trips to the doctor come a little more frequently for my family and I, but going in to see him has never been an issue with them. amazing!! Immediately when you walk in you feel welcome. Everyone is wonderful & was so patient, understanding & nurturing of my grandson. They helped him to succeed at his check up by talking to him & demonstrating what they were going to do so he wouldn't have a meltdown. A huge thank you to you Jordan, LPN & Dr. McHerron for your patience not only with my grandson but myself the grandmother & also his mother & taking the time to listen.
