The process before seeing the Dr takes less time than 4 years ago. Less red tape and workers are more friendly. It is important to try to reduce the waiting time to see the Dr, now is between 60 to 90 minutes. Scheduling is difficult but continous improvement needs to be done.

The experience with the Doctor and his assistants was excellent, however all the girls at the front desk need to improve customer service. All of them were not kind with the attention, they have a bad attitude, they don't look you at the eyes while they talk to you, their faces look like they were angry. Anyway, please let them know that they are there to serve the needs of the customers and not just to collect bills.
Excelente doctor and staff, been seeing him for years and he is the best, highly recommend him and his staff.
Every one is very friendly and professional. I feel very comfortable and confident with the doctor and his treatments.

Dr Diaz's care is exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about him. He listens to his patients and explains what the problem is and what needs to be done about it. He is clear, direct, and accurate. I feel very safe in his hands.
Dr Diaz took care of my right shoulder bursitis. One of the best! He is caring, takes time to hear your health concerns and the best with shots to relieve your pain!( i had been to a well known orthopedic surgeon in the past and it was very painful and did not work). I have personally worked with him in the operating room and see the respect and care he has for his patients. God bless his hands to do much much more for humanity! Thank you Dr Diaz. Sarah Mathews
