Back in the 90s I discovered a vintage toys and collectibles shop in Royal Oak, Michigan. I'd never been in one before. Seeing things I played with as a kid, I was overcome with joy and the warmth of nostalgia. I haven't felt that again until I walked into Dr. Tongue's I Had That Shoppe in Portland. Do yourself a favor and get back in touch with your inner-child.

This place is amazing, I was referred from one of the comic books down the street . He prices are dead on and he has tons of gems and hard to find toys.
I reconnected with the doctor today after 16 years. It was great to see the store. This place absolutely rules! If you or someone you know loves vintage toys you must stop by and see him. I dare you to leave empty handed!
