We had an excellent experience with JAWNT Oral Surgery. Dr. Kim took outstanding care of our son, Connor, after he suffered a fractured jaw. He required treatment with his jaw wired shut, and Dr. Kim has been incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. Dr. Kim took the time to clearly explain everything to us and made sure we understood the treatment plan every step of the way. My dentist referred me to go here and get checked up but they looked at me for 5min and told me I have to go back to my dentist and get checked up.
I would NOT recommend this oral surgeon office to anyone. I am disappointed with their dishonesty and unprofessionalism. When I first called to ask if they were in both of my insurance networks, the person who answered the phone said yes. I then confirmed with her if they are in BOTH of my primary and secondary insurance networks. She said yes, assuring me that they work with them.
