The Doctor is very nice. The office administration is a hot mess however. I tried to pay at my last visit, with a check, and was told they could not access how much I owed. (since they are paper charts still I am assuming, and asked if I could just mail in my payment). Luckily I knew how much I owed so i still wrote a check, but as someone who works in a providers office myself, having admin try to turn away payment is not good practice.
