O have enquired about a simple consultation with Dr.Tom and after sending all my information,scans and tests, the woman on the phone told me that I'm not eligible for a consultation. She called the next day saying that she will send my file to another doctor and maybe he would accept me. Later on she called me again telling me on a rude and agressive tone that I'm not eligible for this one neither and she refused to tell me why. I am a 59 year old male and met Dr Tom on the 20 October 2020 with my son at my side, a day after being diagnosed with Metastatic Cholangiocarcinoma Stage 4. I was in terrible pain which Dr Tom addressed at once after a physical was conducted in his examination room. He was explaining things to me and he realised I was not taking much in.
