I used to see Dr Tom since I was young, he was great. Never a problem. I heard sadly he retired? Recently I tried to book a cleaning but was told I was cancelled as a client because I was argumentative in the office, which never happened. I have a very serious mask exemption that is accepted everywhere, in all hospitals ect. I mentioned it to them over phone before hand to which they said they used to accept but no longer did because of previous clients complaints.
