First time I visited the place and have very good experience Dr. A Ternamian was the first doctor in Canada who really who’s really care of patient. I have seen a lot of gynaecologist in the city no one was cares how to do treatment of help you I got bad experiences Dr A Termanian is the first doctor for me who does care for patients I happy to have him I don’t understand the bad comment .
The ultra sound tech misdiagnosed me as having endometriosis on both ovaries when 3 weeks before the first ultrasound showed nothing. Now, everyone knows ultra sounds are not the most ac irate way to diagnose this abs can in fact misdiagnose. When I requested a retest bc it didn’t make sense I was refused and a week late received an email telling me to seek fertility help elsewhere. Astounding! Superb experience so far at Hannam Fertility Centre. The staff is so friendly and they genuinely care about you. Communication has been clear and they explain every step thoroughly (I tell everyone they work like a “well-oiled machine”.) When in doubt, I can email or place a phone call and will get an answer back right away or within 24 hours- this isn’t to be taken for granted as I know many clinics aren’t so responsive.
