Terrible Customer Service with receptionist.
Dr. Beatty is an awesome doctor. I was being treated by another doctor and wasn't getting the results I needed. Dr. Beatty addressed my concerns. Sent me for a CAT scan within 2 days and performed surgery within a week. I highly recommend him, and his staff is incredible

Went to Dr Beatty for salivary gland inflammation and pain, per doctor's advice I took CATscan and diagnosed as stone in right salivary gland. Surgery scheduled and conducted on Thursday (19Dec2019) after the surgery doctor told me he screwed up the surgery and couldn't get the stone out. He did the surgery through my mouth, now he is saying I'll need another surgery through neck area to access it. This is a clear case of negligence, he didn't evaluate the CATscan correctly.
