Dr. Simon was recommended to me by another doc. When I arrived at my first appointment I was handed the customary forms including financial releases. Get this....On the financial release there is language that reads that I agree to give up my Constitution rights and laws of the State of Florida. REALLY! Are you kidding me? What would anyone give up their Constitution rights and laws that are there to protect consumers. I cancelled on the spot and went to another doc.
Dr. Simon is a great gastro doctor. He will always return phone calls and staff as well, usually same day. There are a lot of bad gastro doctors out there, I have learned from past experiences. After years of seeing different gastro doctors and never knowing the cause to my issues, years of different medications, I think Dr.Simon has put the most time and effort into getting to the bottom of it. So far only positive things to say.
Very bad experience. Dr Simon is always over the phone talking or texting. Created additional problems for me while treating existing condition. Always pushes for Surgery though not required for my hemorrhoid problem. He suggested HET threapy followed by Hemorrhoidectomy for my Grade 1 hemorrhoids. Waste of time and money!! Cathy from Medical records department would not answer your call / even respond to your voice mail. Called her 8 times to get my medical records in one weeks time.
Dr. Simon is a real amazing person. With all my issues. It does not matter what time of the day ,he answers the phone cheerfully and you could feel that there’s a smile on his face. He’s amazing skillful physician that has hands of gold during colonoscopy procedures. He also is A very intelligent physician and I trust him with my life.
I have already recommended multiple friends to Dr. Simon.
Horrible. Rushed and spoke so fast and was only interested in when he could do the surgery. Didn't even give us a chance to talk. Please stay away.
