Great patient care. Dr. Sacks answered all of my questions preparing me for my surgery. He put my mind at ease.
The care I received from the medical staff was very good, although always felt like it was under a stop watch. The corporate billing policies (specifically pre payment for services and 3rd party forms with separate prepay requirements to Share Care) are not only insulting, but can be very costly and time consuming. I had to go through Share Care and pay them before they would process my release to work form to my employer. It took multiple days and multiple phone calls to California.
