Dr Sacks was amazing. I loved the fact that he actually listened, really listened to me. He gave me all the info I needed in great detail.
I came to Dr.Sacks after a very disappointing experience with another doctor. I thought my experience lacked professional communication, little did I know how much I was not told by the other doctor. Dr.Sacks and his staff spent the time to find out about me and my expectations from surgery. I am thankful for the experience with the other doctor because I think have found a much better option.
Dr. Sacks has a great personality and is very confident in his abilities as a surgeon. This put my mind at ease as he explained the upcoming procedure to me.
