Called this morning. Asked to speak to doc. Receptionist said, "he's with a patient." I said can I leave my number for him? She said "well yeah but he won't call you. We relay messages only. What did you need to know?" I said doc told me see a specialist and I need to know if I need a referral. She says, "that's up to your insurance company, hun." Rudest people Ive dealt with.
What an ignorant unempathetic group of people. They pick the biggest pandemic in our lifetime to mess with my blood pressure med causing me three extra visits to pharmacy and to their office. Then they forgot to call it in didn’t have my appointment in their schedule which they made me make. Ridiculous. You outta be ashamed of yourselves. Horrible customer service. Ill never go back
This Dr should honestly retire! His office is filthy and outdated and so are his methods. He doesn't even use a computer for RXs, I mean seriously? My daughter and I were extremely uncomfortable with this Dr and his rude staff clearly hate their jobs. We immediately found a new Dr! This guy is a quack!
Dosent give test results,acts like he is listening but isnt..ignores issues
He takes his time with you to get to KNOW you. He actually listens before recommending anything.
Dr Forrest is a kind, patient, and very good at helping his patients. He is always up to date on advances in new medications, makes very good referrals and makes you at ease. His staff is very helpful, and you feel like "family" after being with his practice awhile. Would never go anywhere else! He sees all of my local family members, and two of his staff showed up at my Mom's funeral. She loved them all too.
