The absolute best pediatrician office - we moved from New York and it was night and day, vs our rushed experiences at a major hospital's offices - they are kind, patient, and really care. Our kids feel like celebrities when they enter - everyone is so attentive and really wants the best for your kids. Could not recommend more.
Disappointed with the negligent care received at Doctor's Office. Despite repeated visits for our sick 6-month-old, they brushed off his worsening cough, simply prescribing a nebulizer. I requested x rays and blood work and they simply said he does not need it. After a month of agony, I take him to pediatric ER where they listened and did X Rays, he diagnosed with pneumonia. Unacceptable negligence and lack of proper attention to our child's health. My kids will NOT be going back to this doctors office.
I’m only giving one star based on today’s experience with Dr ragozza. She is so dismissive of everything we had asked her about and she grabbed my sons arm to get him to sit down and on top of that told me that she will handle him while i’m trying to talk him through not being scared of her. She has the worst bedside manner!! I even called to speak with her and of course she doesn’t call back. I have asked the front desk to please not schedule her with my son but they did it anyway!
