Had an appointment for 8 am. sit in waiting area for 30 minutes, see technician, sit in waiting room @ 45 minutes, get called to room. Sit in that room for 15 minutes, Doctor comes in, looks at my eyes, and says come back next year for another check. No discussion, no talk about possibilities, just get checked again.in a year. Later call my optometrist to see if I should get a prescription in the meantime. They check with McEachren who tells them I OPTED OUT OF SURGERY. NO surgery was ever discussed with me. If there were a minus stars option that is what I would choose. I was referred here from emergency as I have blurred vision in my right eye along with other very concerning symptoms. My very first dealing with the admin staff was horrible but Ill spare you those details and fast forward. They have their back up as soon as you call and it does not matter if you are polite or rude. This place shouldn’t even get 1 star! My mother called and of course it was days before she could get through.. the lady that took my poor mothers call was so rude to her that when the call was finished my mother was in tears.. I’d like to know the name of the lady that took my mother’s call because I tell you, she would get an earfull from me! Where’s the compassion gone in today’s healthcare? Makes me sick
