Wow. I am giving a 5 star review as my experience this week with Dr McEachren and the staff at Avalon Eye Institute was fantastic! My family optometrist referred me earlier in the week and I couldn’t believe when I got a call from Wally giving me a time for this week! Wally is so friendly, very helpful and the ultimate professional. This is a review of the office's approach to incoming calls. There is a very lengthy intro before you get a menu in which the voice speaks of their zero tolerance policy around abuse of any kind, which includes a reference to possible follow up action (sounds like they've had issues maybe?). I made a selection from the menu, then waited on hold. Frequently a voice would acknowledge my time was valuable and thank me for my patience.
