Called at 4:40pm to make an appointment. Sat on hold for 20 minutes. Started out 3rd in queue, then 2nd, then next in queue. Then suddenly I got sent to a voicemail to leave a message. This was at 4:58. If you are going to close before your stated hours, why make someone waste their time waiting to make an appointment? Avoid these worthless people. They have no respect for a patient's time. You should fire whoever takes appointment calls since they don't want to work a full shift. Bunch of clowns should go work at McDonald's
Dr. Klesert is the Best Ophthalmologist! I've had injections in my eyes by 3 different Dr.'s he is the best by far, no pain during the injection or after. He has a pleasant bedside manner and his staff is very helpful.
Very thorough and very kind.
Dr Klesert took the time to make sure he answered all of my questions. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable about my eye condition.
