My neighbors appointment was 830 am. They sat and waited for at least n hour. They then took her back in a wheelchair and she sat 1 hour n 45 minutes by herself knowing she has dementia. She was scared n confused. Then the nurse came out and told her husband ok we are ready for her follow us to the or n hold her hands while we do I surgery. Really totally against policies, HIPPA, and sanitary reasons. I highly think this is so wrong in many ways. You will be turned into the Medical Board. Hope you loose your license. Dr. Jackson performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I never realized how significant I was impaired but now both eyes see everything clear and bright and the world looks better than ever. He's got a pleasant, professional bedside manner. He makes you feel very at ease during the procedure and I felt no discomfort either time.
