Today I visited Dr. Kazdan's office and was beyond disappointed. I have been attending this office for years now. I love all the P.A.'s dearly and his staff is wonderful. HOWEVER, I am not sure if he (DR. KAZDAN) was having a bad day, but he treated me horribly. I left the office today in tears. He did not listen to a word I said as a patient and how I was feeling and he disregarded any symptoms I had today. He instead brushed my symptoms off and accused me of making them up. office only seeing well patients
Negative Experience: the office lost my appointment and when I went for my visit they would not see me. After arranging child care for my 3 year old, the inability to hold an appointment was super unprofessional. Be careful about making an appointment with this office. We're going to try Cleveland Clinic which is down the road.
My father was discharged from the hospital on January 12 home health came out to see him and called Dr. Kasdan for orders never heard back after they called every day for three days - he should’ve never been released from the hospital, the doctor never gave orders for wound care, physical therapy or addressed all the major issues that we needed taken care of. Everyone says he's a joker BUT he's RUDE and inappropriate
Turnover with staff at this office is unreal! No one communicates/knows what is going on. I liked the laid back, talk to you like a friend demeanor. Last few visits I thought was going to see Dr. K-NOPE. Never got outside test results back, they forgot to do part of tests ordered and I sat there waiting hours just to get partial test results?? Unfortunately your practice changed for the worse. Oh and change the way you gather urine. 30 cups sitting all over in the open in a filthy bathroom. yuck
He deserves a ZERO star rating! He is the rudest, most arrogant man I have ever met. He is a narsissist, and is even more egotistical than ever! He speaks to us in a smart alec sarcastic tone, and swears all the time. He acted so terribly unprofessional and mean towards my teenage son that he had him sobbing while he was trying to provide a urine sample. The doctor said his urine couldn’t be clear and that he lied about having peed in the cup. He didn’t care to consider...read my next review
