We entered the waiting room to very loud music from a concert on a TV. It was so loud that we found chairs as far away as possible and then tried to drown it out with our phones. (There was no one else in the waiting room at this time.) I doubt if anyone coming for an appointment wants to listen to that and a quiet wait with our individual phones is a much better option! It went well but I would have liked to have heard more about what will be done during my next visit for a cyst removal.
Dr Hicks listened to my concerns and was very patient and answered in a way I could easily understand!

recommended screening test communicated those results questions are fully answered Also, provides a clear plan of action upon leaving the office
