It was a paid consultation. It wasn't as in depth as other consultations that I've had for the same procedures. Felt that for $100 Dr Hicks should have spent more time. I asked to see before and after pictures. Was shown 2 and they were not very good. Overall, I was looking to get a warmer bedside manner from all there. Was slightly disappointed.
The staff is friendly, competent and professional. Dr. Hicks explains things in a way I can understand and very patient with all my questions. His work as a surgeon is outstanding.
