I received a call the day before my 10 year olds son's appointment telling me that they cannot see him because they no longer accept his insurance. I asked if I could pay out of pocket for a consultation and they said no. I offered $200 cash just for him to be seen. Jen said self pay is not an option. Id give a 0 if I could, Im not even a patient "yet" and I called cause I couldn't make it, I'm a new patient and they said they take more time for a new patient but another person goes there they said they didn't anyways she told me "to call when I can schedule an appointment" (with attitude) like I'm sorry I can't make it in cause I'm sick but ok
I broke my metacarpal bone. Dr Todd Williams, put a plate and screws in my hand. Dr Williams is very kind and knowledgeable. He explained the surgery to me. It happened so fast and I didn't even know he had already done the surgery. I woke up and thought they were taking me to do the surgery but he was already finished. My recovery was very good also. You can't hardly even see my scar. I would highly recommend Dr Williams to anyone I know. Thank you Dr Williams for making my experience the best. Sincerely, Kelcie Hegland.
