Knee pain
The whole experience was very friendly and professional!!
I was very comfortable with the doctor and he was very thorough.
Dr. Schwartz is very personable. We discussed treatment options and future therapies.
I was misdiagnosed based upon a quick X-ray in his office. Though I told Dr. Schwartz that I had never had knee problems until experiencing a sharp and pretty excruciating new pain, and that I thought I had an injury, he diagnosed me with moderate arthritis and gave me a cortisone shot, which was completely ineffective. I asked for an MRI. Dr. Schwartz said “no”. The next appointment I was given a gel injection, with no improvement. Dr Schwartz did a left knee replacement 2019, and my knee feels perfect! Last April, he also did my right knee replacement and again, it feels just as good as the left. I am so grateful for his expertise. He's also very kind, and explains everything well so you can understand what you're having done. His staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. Showed up for my appointment only to realize I had written down the wrong time. Within 30 minutes. Receptionist talked to me as if I ruined everyone's day in the office and was going to inconvenience all the patients. So I simply rescheduled as to not bother anyone. She obviously wasn't expecting that. Hopefully next time will be better.
Dr. Schwartz replaced both knees and most recently my right hip. Both operations were life-changing for me. I would strongly recommend Dr. Schwartz for whatever ortho issue you have. Very polite, extremely professional and is very empathetic to your needs. Thank you Dr. Schwartz
