Update: 6/2025 The new facility has updated their insurance and no longer takes my UHC which would have been nice to know. The problem occurred when they called the day before to tell me I had “limited insurance” and was now private pay. They failed to acknowledge that what actually happened was they stopped taking my insurance and didn’t notify me. The support staff was rude. Orlando Orthopedics takes it and thankfully took me as a new client after many, many years as Dr McCall’s patient. I hate losing the doctor but I can’... read more
Dr McCall is very professional, empathetic, and most of all spent time with me to discuss possibilities and timing. I greatly appreciated Dr McCall not being in a hurry to get on to the next patient. I would highly recommend Dr McCall!!!!
