Excellent care from diagnosis of a torn meniscus and its repair by Dr. Curran. Recovery was speedy and surgery was successful.
While in the waiting room it was obvious the Dr was double booked as the gentleman behind me had the same appointment time. His assistant said he was behind schedule due to surgery that morning. If someone would have called me I would have rescheduled. I was taken back about 25 minutes after my time. His assistant was great. She had a great personality and was funny. Did not do any kind of f hands on exam for a shoulder issue like Umich Orthopedics always did. Just an x-ray. Leans heavily on steroids and had to be reminded I don't tolerate corticosteroids well due to another condition. Had to be reminded, then showed no sign of putting a note in my file about it. Just looked visibly annoyed and asked if I can take NSAIDs.
