Knowledge & prevention of microbes & cross contamination. Custodial was respectful and quiet for patients while doing their work. Prepared for patient comfort - blanket, food, drink, gave me my glasses, tied my shoes. Professionalism & teamwork - introduced the OR, patient confidentiality, prepping the OR. This doctor has done surgery 2x on me, now. Must say I never had any pain!!! Sore, yes. He is very thorough,also. Great guy. You have to get him to smile, though!!!
