Great doctor and staff; infusion nurses are excellent!
Had appointment to see Dr. Tobenna "Tobe" Nwizu. Spoke with office staff Keysha. Speaking with her gave me red flags but still went in for appointment. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment and waited 2 hours after my appointment time. I wasn't seen, everyone that was there when i got there and about 7 patients after I got there was seen by Dr. I had to pick up my kids so I left. I was thinking it was due to my skin color that all white people were seen and not me then I started reading reviews abt office staff. If yo... read more
Absolutely terrible. Wait on hold every time I call them get hung up on and have to start over. No one in the office knows what’s going on or talks to each other. Nurse told me not to come to appointment then I got a call as to why I no showed.
