I do not recommend this place they are the rudest group of people. The first time my daughter went in for her appointment she waited 2 hours because they said she wasn't on the schedule for that day even though she had her confirmation. All they do is try and sell what you don't need. The second we went for wisdom teeth removal and the receptionist had an attitude with everyone. "During my experience at Fargo’s branch of Aspen Dental, I was sold a treatment plan I was never advised on by any of the supposed professionals. I know a “consultation” and “examination” were charged to my insurance, and I certainly did not receive either of these services to my standard of care. 1st visit with Aspen Dental ; Sumter was favorable. Had a tooth causing excessive pain, they got me in quick, ex-rayed that tooth and extracted it the same day and the price was reasonable. I was very satisfied and told them I wanted to make appointment for cleaning. They advised me that visit would be free. When I showed up for next appointment, they ex-rayed all teeth and advised me I needed $10000 in work or at least $2000 in high level cleaning. I am deathly afraid of dentist but they make you feel very at ease. KK was AMAZING and very informative. She is the BEST!!!!!
POOR COMMUNICATIONS: I've tried to use Aspen dental in Florida and very poor service, so I didn't return. My granddaughter like them in Latham NY. Here is my problem, I've left several messages and calls for the last three days to just pay a bill. I've received no call back so we can't get a appointment. So I tried this morning to go online with no luck. Tried chat to see what I could do and the virtual assistant quoted "I'm not trained yet so call a different number".
