Out of 3 appointments, two have been canceled within a week because she is taking off. Then we have to wait another two month for her schedule to free up. This is not professional
Dr. Raei is very helpful and kind. She takes good care of me.
You have been texting us for three days in row and just a few hours prior to the appointment your secretary calls and cancel my appointment. Not to mention I've been waiting for this appointment for over 2 months. She then mentioned the next available one is yet another month away. If there was a lower rating than 1 I would have gone with it for sure.
I went to book appointment here. Although they advertised as taking new patients, they gave me an earliest availability at 44 days out and told me that if I have an emergency to call 911. And this person was superiorly rude. Are these people really this busy? Why are they taking on new patients then?
Not recommended at all! My mom had to undergo an intensive knee replacement surgery because Dr.Raie misdiagnosed her and did not take actions soon enough to avoid further complications. My mom had pain in her leg due to a small fracture that was caused by a falling, and when she told Dr.Raie, she did not take it seriously and did not even order an Xray to see what the problem was!
