Nobody likes have a root canal, but Dr. Olsson and team made mine far better than anticipated. Mid-procedure, she sensed that I was having some pain and stopped to boost the anesthetic before going any further. I hope I don't need another root canal, but if I do, I'd go to her again.
Cost of root canal is grossly overpriced given the rate my insurance would cover. I was never told pre-certification would not be done and I was not told she was no longer in network with my specific insurance. I would never have kept the appointment. They expected payment in full on date of service, knowing the insurance would only pay 60% of the covered fee of $670.00 instead of the $1573.00 I was charged.
