Dr. Joyce’s office KNOWINGLY misdiagnosed me with Lyme disease. It took well over 60 days for her office to send my medical records to my new physician, which led to a delay in my actual, more serious diagnosis of cancer. Her office is not HIPAA compliant, as my full medical records have still not been sent.
