ZERO stars if I could—this place is a scam! My teeth are healthy and I only needed a deep cleaning, but they tried to upsell me “antibiotics” for $700 even “after a discount" and then pushed $300 worth of unnecessary meds. When I refused, the dentist wouldn’t even do the cleaning. My insurance later confirmed their recommendations were not clinically appropriate. Absolutely shameful. Do yourself a favor—stay away from this place!
Stay away from this place! They lack transparency and perform procedures without disclosing costs upfront. When I asked about the free cleaning covered by my insurance, I was met with evasive answers and excuses.
IF POSSIBLE DO NOT COME HERE! I have been a long time patient, and in the past few years their work has gotten worse and worse. I got 2 fillings done, one 2 months ago and one last month. I felt part of the first one fall out about 2 or 3 weeks after the job, when I came back to get the second one filled, I asked the dr to check the first one since I feel like it has fallen out and I am having sensitivity. I wait there for about 25 mins and then leave. I arrive on time with an appointment. May you please have a check of your appointment system? Or have a check with your receptionist on Monday? Should I post the appointment card you give me? Why I am not in your system, should I wait there for 25 mins and then still leave my information to you?
I had an amazing experience at Ghotanian Dental Pasadena. From the moment I walked in I was impressed by the professional and welcoming atmosphere. The cosmetic dentist was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I appreciated the witty banter between the staff which made the experience more enjoyable. I highly recommend Ghotanian Dental Pasadena to anyone in the area looking for a reliable dental clinic.
