I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Timothy. During my appointment, I felt that he was quite dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable when I was trying to explain my symptoms. Instead of listening with empathy or offering reassurance, he made me feel as though my concerns were not valid. I was also shown my blood test results, but unfortunately, there was little to no explanation given. I have always found Tim to be caring, punctual and always ready to explain to me about my Rhuematoid condition. No complaints and always available if l have concerns
Don't waist your money. Horrible patient/bedside manner, appalling admin services and out right unprofessional. In this day and age you should expect much more from your health professional than you can expect from Tim. Clearly a burnout, and old school medical practitioner who has no interest in patient care of professionalism.
