No problem with the Dr. but follow up sucks. Did not get pathology report until I called 18 days after surgery. First call they said nurse will call me. Nurse did not call. I called again they said they would have the nurse call but by then I was mad for being put off not getting info of my pathology report. Dr called late that day saying no cancer but H-palori which can be deadly. He said nurse would call me next day but hurse did not call. Dr. McClellan had reviewed my medical records, and thus, was aware of issues that complicate my treatment. He took time to listen to my efforts in addressing my health issues. He took notes. These practices contributed to my confidence in his ability to meet my health needs.
He is fantastic doctor. He asked lots of questions and listened very carefully to what I had to say. He provides excellent care.
