On every visit Dr. Saunders and his staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Saunders has been helping me with frozen shoulder. He gave me an injection that I barely felt. The pain relief has been fantastic. He takes his time with his patients and he is very personable.

This is the 3rd time I've seen Dr. Heckler and each time has been extremely positive. My most recent experience was a right hip joint replacement in January of 2025. Everything went extremely well, and was very smooth from the start. In the event I need future orthopedic work done, I know where I will go!Additionally, Nicole his PA, and the rest of the staff are very helpful, and Wilson Hospital in Sidney was fantastic on the day of the surgery. Thank you!
He was very helpful and concerned my neck might need to be done first since numbness is radiating down my arm as well as the pain from my rotator cuff.
Everyone in the office was very friendly. The PA Nicole was wonderful. She gave me more.information about my condition than my previous orthopedist. Dr. Heckler was very friendly, informative and told me what to expect with surgery. He was not dismissive at all.
Dr. Saunders is my favorite doctor ever. He is always on time, a good listener, never rushes you, caring and compassionate, and has been treating me for quite awhile always successfully. I would and often do recommend him highly
He's actually a very nice guy that sincerely cares about his patience and not just trying to make money off people
