Very little time waiting. The doctor and his staff are all very nice and professional. I feel I’m getting excellent care for my shoulder.
I was impressed by Dr. Heckler’s personable approach and his desire and willingness to help me clearly understand what was going on with my knee. He laid out many options going forward.
Staff is very professional and friendly. Medical team was punctual, explained what they were going to do and went about doing exactly that. Dr Heckler and his assistant were very descriptive when presenting the results and offering several options. This was my 2nd visit in a year.
