Dr. Tim Cain is knowledgeable and current with both new procedures and equipment. I thought he was about as painless as a Dentist can be. If your teeth and gums are in good shape he lets you know and doesn't look for something to pad the bill.
The receptionists at both the beloit and Janesville office are horrible they are so rude I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
I have two words for Dr. Cain, compassionate and selfless. Dentists in WI, will not take Medicaid or Medicare patients because of the almighty dollar. I'm very thankful for him. He has two offices and neither are fancy. He's spread a little thin, but quickly gets the work done. His receptionists are very kind and respectful. He might not answer a lot of questions or spend a lot of time with you but If you need no frills dental work done I would highly recommend him. He gets 5 stars from me.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Timothy Cain. He was not nice at all. He was actually very rude with me. He mumbled when he talked to me and I asked him to repeat what he said and he snapped at me as he repeated. When he cleaned my teeth he was very aggressive and it was extremely painful. My gums are still bleeding and swollen and I have a constant throb in my mouth. I will NEVER go back to Cain dental and I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
