The front office staff are smug and rude! I had the wrong date for my appointment. As soon as I said I was there for my appointment one of the girls had a look on her face of disgust. They barely said anything to me but that I was there on the wrong day. The other one couldn't have a bigger smug look on her face. No understanding or say things like that happen. Basically they made it clear that I was bothering them at the end of the day and they didn't want to deal with me.
