I contacted Dr Beavis office and talked to Beverly she was so rude to me all I was trying to do was get an appointment to get my eyes checked after I have had cataracts removed from my eye. I contacted my doctor eye doctor in kernersville to get them to mail the information to them they did I didn't make the appointment in 2 weeks and she threw my stuff in the trash can needless to say my insurance company has stepped up to the plate made my appointment for me and now everything is great.
