Powers refused to see me though I was referred to him from another NW Orthopedics surgeon. Was told to go see the surgeon that did a previous surgery. However, the referral wasn't for the previous surgery but related to something separate. Looks like this is a common theme for this guy.
Very dissatisfied. Referral from a pain specialist sent to Dr Powers strictly for implantation of a device. Referral never even looked at by this supposed professional. I was told to return to the surgeon that did my spinal surgery. That was SEVEN years ago and 1800 MILES away. This visit was requested only for implantation, not related to prior surgery. Office staff was not interested in my attempting to explain. AWFUL practice and shame on Providence for having these people on their staff.
