. . The provider I saw was excellent, but unfortunately, the front desk staff left a very different impression. I was only one minute late after accidentally walking into the wrong building (it was my first visit), and as I walked in, the older receptionist was calling me and rolled her eyes when I apologized for being late. The other receptionist, a blonde woman, was also noticeably rude and dismissive. This review is about the receptionists not the doctors. The doctors are very good but the receptionists dont know whether they are on foot or horseback. I canceled my appointment 48 hours in advance and they said no that I didnt and got a letter about there cancelation policy. I even had someone witness me cancel the appointment and they didnt believe it and were very rude. My appointment was on the 14th and I canceled on the 12th and they said I called the 28th there is either something wrong with their phone system or the ... read more
