Take your business and the health of your eyes elsewhere – I showed up for my appt 20+ mins beforehand so I would have adequate time to fill out paperwork. My appt time came and went and no attention was paid to me. Maybe they were short staffed for some reason but if they weren't then I can only assume that it is the standard of the practice to quadruple book appt times.
