Dr. Daaleman was my PCP for years. He seemed reserved but professional. During my last visits, I scheduled and repeatedly reminded UNC Family Medicine‘s staff and him that I came for an annual wellness exam because my insurance does not pay otherwise. However, he coded and billed me for a follow-up visit without rendering the service! When I wanted to talk to him (multiple attempts), he would have his staff answer my calls and messages instead.
