Profoundly pleased with Dr. O’Connor and his entire staff. Dr. O’Connor and staff were very patient with their time in clearly explaining procedures in layman terms and answering all questions. Their expertise in their field and their concern for the patient were evident throughout the visit. Left my appointment knowing I made the right decision in choosing Dr. O’Connor for my healthcare.
I’ve had the worst experience with Dr. O’Connor and his staff consistently failing to submit the proper paperwork to my insurance, which has prevented me from getting necessary MRIs and medical treatment.This has been going on since October 2024 and continues to this day, with no resolution in sight. Despite repeatedly explaining the issue, they continue to make the same mistakes. I hd a 1:00 PM Appointment on April 0, 2025. I arrived on time and waited a drop over 2 hours to finally be seen by first his PA. I think she was very informative and helpful. I waited another 15 minutes before Dr O'Connor came in to finally see me. During our examination he had to step out to nswer his phone. I waited another 10-15 minutes for him to return. He was very brif made his recommendtion and had to move on. I felt very Rushed. I am a first time patient recommended by Dr. Verideici and I have a severe Spine issure.... read more
