First Dr., Patel mysteriously left the practice. Then 2 strange and temporary doctors came in. Dr Z took over at Synovation-Superior in Anderson SC. The office never returns calls, been cancelled twice. The PA is “working from home”. Dr. Z called out with an illness the day of a procedure, and that’s the last I heard from them. I leave messages, but no return calls. I’ve tried contacting Synovation Medical Group- the same! This is very unprofessional and suspicious. Go somewhere else!

He doesn’t listen to your concerns, constantly interrupts with “ let me finish” but does nothing about your concerns Very cold and arrogant

I have been seeing Dr. Z for almost a year now for chronic abdominal pain. He is always on time, polite and very professional. He genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve never felt rushed or judged by anyone in his office. I would refer a friend to this clinic in a heartbeat.

I was referred to Dr Z for chronic low back pain and was very impressed with his practice. The office staff was very professional and friendly. I have continued to see Dr Z as needed and have gotten excellent relief from his injections. I have recommended him to several of my family members and friends and all have benefited from his care. I would strongly recommend him to anyone seeking pain relief

First, he criticized a world famous medical center and specialists. He recommended a costly treatment (not covered by ins) & required I/2 ($700+) in advance. He cancelled the day of the procedure. No f/u for 2+ mos. Found NO medical studies supporting this treatment use for my dx. Opting against this treatment, the business office explained steps to get a refund but had no idea when a check would be cut. Me: A month? Staff: I don't know. Me: I'll call back in a month. Staff: That would be good.
