Awful service by office staff and hygienists. Definitely steer clear and go somewhere else. Theyre unwilling to work with you and love to take your money & run!!
The office and staff is very neat clean and beautiful sometimes appoints maybe hard to get into at last minute but hey if so many ppl love your office what can you say! I enjoy evey visit I DRIVE 2HRS there and back but every mile is worth the service!
Good service, but if you are a student you wont be able to make appointments that meet your class schedule
Our daughter was 6 years old when she recieved braces; Dr. Shannon and his staff were wonderful. They were gentle, patient and attentive while caring for her orthodontic needs. It is amazing how quickly he transformed her smile in just a few short months. She is 12 now and never hesitates to tell her friends, if they are needing orthodontics, "Go see Dr. Tim Shannon."
Dr. Shannon has taken care of our daughters smile! She looks amazing and we could not be more pleased with the service and end result. We will take our son to Dr. Shannon as well.
What a facility! Excellent care and attention from Dr. Shannon and Revels.
